SATA Holding announces that the deadline for the submission of binding offers (BOs) in the context of the process for the sale of at least 75% of the share capital of SATA Internacional – Azores Airlines has been set for 9 December 2026.
Pursuant to Article 14 of the Tender Specifications (Caderno de Encargos), the proponents invited to submit a binding offer in the context of the second phase of the private negotiation procedure were selected by the Board of Directors of SATA Holding, taking into account the report prepared, and the opinion issued by the Independent Supervisor.
Please note that pursuant to Article 16 of the Tender Specifications, the binding offer is submitted on the terms set out in the process letter addressed to the invited proponents.
